Hey, my name is Matt Stohrer and I fix saxophones for a living. I also answer questions- a lot of them. So many that I’ve decided to try to put together a podcast where I answer some of them. Hopefully, this will do a few things:
- Increase the amount of publicly available saxophone knowledge
- Compress the time I spend answering general questions, which I love doing but I don’t get paid for
- Enable me (and other folks) to point to past episodes when people call with a question that gets asked a lot (“why is buffing bad?” is planned for episode 1)
Hopefully this works, but hey if not its not costing me or you anything. And of course, this is all just my opinion, and I am not and never will be the final authority on saxophones.
