Trade in musical instruments over the web is a thriving activity,
one that will surely grow as individuals increasingly discover the value
& selection available by virtually shopping the world. Though we find
an unusual degree of integrity in the parties with whom we deal regularly,
we understand the apprehension involved in sending large sums of money
and/or valuable instruments across wide expanses, and to parties with whom
one may not be familiar. Even though all parties to a transaction may be
totally reliable, there is a degree of subjectivity in describing the condition
of saxophones & other fine musical instruments which makes an independent
opinion highly desirable. The following sample trade & escrow service
arrangement depicts the full range of possible service CyberSax provides.
The scope of these services can be tailored to each individual transaction,
depending upon the needs & concerns of the parties. Costs are minimal,
varying with the type of instruments & scope of escrow services desired,
and can either be shared or borne entirely by one or more parties to a
transaction.

CyberSax
will act as intermediary in an instrument exchange, trade or sale. In this
capacity we will receive instruments and/or escrow remittances, examine
the instrument (s) to make an independent determination as to whether descriptions
supplied by the parties to the transaction are reasonable, and verify the
validity of, and/or clear negotiable instruments. Each party is notified
of our determination concerning instruments & negotiable instruments,
and must, within three (3) business days, advise CyberSax how they wish
to proceed. Should all parties agree to go forward, CyberSax will pack
& ship instrument (s) to the proper locations and disburse funds or
forward negotiable instruments to the proper parties. Should any party
elect not to proceed with the transaction, CyberSax will attempt to facilitate
a reconciliation or restructure of the transaction, provided all parties
agree that this attempt should be made. If no acceptable restructure is
achieved within five (5) business days CyberSax will return all instruments
& remittances to their original sources. CyberSax receives a fee for
our services as a result of this clearing function, and will not otherwise
participate in the commercial aspects of a transaction.
